| 内容記述 | The impact of introduction of nursing care robots on tasks of caregivers working at a nursing home was investigated by surveying 54 employees of a special care home for the elderly. The items surveyed included the level of fatigue overtime and before/after the work, the number of steps taken, the level of satisfaction with the equipment, and the type of time-consuming tasks they performed. The results of analyses on 52 employees indicated that for some workers the number of working hours increased, and the level of satisfaction was low after the introduction of the robots, although there was no change reported in terms of the level of fatigue and the number of steps taken. Meanwhile, some others considered that the introduction of robots would improve their QOL and task efficiency. These findings suggest that it is essential to provide supports not only at the time of introduction but also after the introduction of these robots by continuously offering training sessions, etc. | |||||||||||||
